Absolutely — this is one of my specialities. I guide civil servants through the entire LPPSA application process, explain the eligibility criteria, and recommend properties that qualify under the scheme. Many of my clients are government employees buying their first home.
Which precincts in Putrajaya do you recommend?+
It depends on your needs. For families with school-age children I often recommend Precinct 8, 9 and 14 for their proximity to schools. For investors, Precinct 11 and 16 offer good rental yields. I'll give you specific recommendations after understanding your priorities.
Is Cyberjaya a good investment?+
For the right buyer, yes. Rental demand from university students and tech company employees is strong and consistent. Prices are more affordable than KL with good capital appreciation potential. I can provide current rental data and yield projections for any property you're evaluating.
What are your fees?+
For buyers, my services are completely free of charge — I'm compensated by the seller's side. For sellers, the standard commission is 2–3% of the transaction price as set by BOVAEA. I'll be upfront about everything before we begin.
How quickly can you arrange viewings?+
