I'm Maria, a professional Filipino nanny with eight years of experience caring for children of all ages across Kuala Lumpur. I came to Malaysia in 2016 and have since become a trusted member of more than 50 families — from newborns to school-age children.

I hold a current first aid and CPR certification and have experience with special dietary needs, early childhood routines, and helping children with homework and reading. I treat every child in my care as if they were my own — with patience, warmth and complete dedication.

Things Families Often Ask

Are you available for a trial period?+
Yes — I am happy to do a trial of one to two weeks so your family and I can get to know each other before making a longer commitment. This helps everyone feel comfortable and confident.
Do you have experience with newborns?+
Yes — I have cared for many newborns and am experienced with feeding schedules, sleep training, bathing and all aspects of newborn care. I am first aid and CPR certified and always remain calm under pressure.
Can you help with homework and school routines?+
Absolutely. I assist school-age children with reading, homework and daily routines. I work closely with parents to follow whatever approach and schedule works best for your child.
Do you live-in or live-out?+
I am flexible and can do either. Live-in arrangements work best for families who need early morning or evening cover. Live-out suits families with more standard hours. I am happy to discuss whatever works best for you.
Can we speak to previous families you have worked with?+
Yes — I am happy to provide references from current and previous families upon request. I have long-term relationships with many families who are glad to speak on my behalf.
