I specialise in shophouses, retail lots, office suites, Grade A office floors, light industrial units, warehouses and commercial land across KL and the Klang Valley. Both sale and lease transactions.
What is your commission structure for commercial deals?+
For sale transactions, commission is typically 2–3% of the transaction value as per BOVAEA guidelines. For lease transactions, it's typically one month's rent per year of lease. I'll confirm the exact structure upfront before we begin.
Can you help with yield analysis before I commit?+
Absolutely — this is a core part of my service. I provide comparable rental data, occupancy rates, and projected yields for any property you're evaluating. I want you to make a fully informed decision backed by real market data.
Do you have off-market commercial listings?+
